Members with active coverage can access the service with no additional cost.
What do I need for a video visit?
You only need a device with a camera (phone, tablet, or computer), internet access, and an active membership.
After requesting your visit, you’ll receive an SMS link to join the video call.
Does telehealth replace an in-person or emergency visit?
No. Video visits are ideal for mild symptoms, quick consultations, or follow-ups.
For emergencies or serious conditions, always seek in-person care or call 911.
