How many family members can I include?
The Family Plan covers up to 4 family members: two adults and two children over the age of 4. It’s designed for your immediate family—parents and children. If your family is larger, you can add additional members, so no one is left without care.
Do I really not have to pay every time I take my kids or my spouse to the doctor?
That’s right. In-person visits and video visits are 100% covered for every family member. You can take your child, your partner, or yourself to the doctor without asking, “How much is this going to cost me?”
Does the plan include checkups for children, or only for adults?
