What kind of support do I receive as a new agent?
Our support team is with you every step of the way, helping with plan benefits, member enrollment, sales tools, and marketing materials. You’ll also receive training and follow-up sessions to help you grow.
How can I review my earnings or commissions?
Through your affiliate portal, you can view commissions in real time, processed payments, and the status of your active clients.
When do I receive my first commissions?
Payments are processed every 30 days based on approved commissions from the previous period.
Can I work part-time as an agent?
Yes. You can work part-time or full-time. The program is flexible and adapts to your availability.
Do I need prior sales or medical experience?
Not necessarily. We provide full training and support resources so anyone with motivation and commitment can succeed.

Is Hispa Familia a type of health insurance?
No. Hispa Familia is not health insurance. It’s a healthcare membership plan that offers affordable primary care through our partner clinics. Services are provided directly, without insurers or intermediaries.
Do I need an agent license to sell Hispa Familia plans?
No. An agent license is not required. Anyone can participate after completing registration and initial training. We provide all tools and materials to promote plans professionally and ethically.
Hispa Familia is not a health insurance plan. It is a health membership program that offers discounts with certain providers for medical services. Hispa Familia does not pay providers directly for their services. Hispa Salud members are required to pay a pre-established fee to providers within our network.
