Hispa Familia® Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hispa Familia®, we want every member to feel confident and completely satisfied with their healthcare plan. However, because our membership plans provide immediate access to benefits and discounts upon activation, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy ensures fairness, transparency, and legal protection for both our members and Hispa Familia Healthcare Solutions, LLC.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Members may cancel their plan within the first 30 calendar days after the plan’s effective date or the date they receive their membership materials (whichever occurs later).

If you are not completely satisfied with your plan, you may request a full refund of your membership fee, minus a non-refundable administrative setup fee (if applicable).

Refunds will only be processed if:

• The cancellation request is made in writing within the first 30 days.

• No fraudulent or abusive use of the plan has occurred.

• The membership has not been suspended or terminated due to policy violations.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after approval.

2. Cancellations After the First 30 Days

After the 30-day period, all memberships are considered final. However, Hispa Familia LLC may, at its sole discretion, grant partial or prorated refunds under the following circumstances:

• The plan member passes away before the end of the membership term.

• The membership is terminated by Hispa Familia LLC for administrative or operational reasons unrelated to member misconduct.

• Cancellation is required by law or regulation.

Any refund beyond the initial 30 days will be prorated based on the unused portion of the membership, minus administrative and processing fees.

3. Exclusions and Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• The member has used plan benefits or discounts after the initial 30 days.

• The plan was purchased through a third-party reseller or agent with separate refund terms.

• The membership was canceled due to fraud, misuse, or false information.

• The member provided inaccurate or incomplete enrollment data.

• The refund request is made after the membership term has expired.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or cancellation:

• Submit a written request to [email protected].

• Include your full name, member ID, contact information, reason for cancellation, and proof of payment.

• Refunds are processed only after eligibility verification and administrative approval.

5. Multi-Year and Promotional Plans

For multi-year, family, or promotional plans, refunds are calculated based on the standard annual rate, not the discounted or promotional rate. All administrative and setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Legal Notice and Limitation of Liability

Hispa Familia LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-assignable.

By enrolling in a Hispa Familia plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The plan is a discount and healthcare benefits program, not health insurance.

• Hispa Familia LLC is not responsible for medical services rendered by independent clinics or providers.

• Any approved refund will be limited strictly to the amount paid for the membership fee.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Discounts and benefits may vary depending on the type of provider and service received. Hispa Familia does not make payments directly to providers. Members are required to pay for all services at the time they are rendered, but will receive discounted rates from participating providers within the affiliated clinic network. The current list of participating providers is available at www.hispafamilia.com/providers. A written list is available upon request.
